HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?
All orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days although occasionally depending on busy season and other extenuating factors it can be 3-5 business days.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. If for some reason you did not receive this information, let us know at districtnoirwpg@gmail.com and we will send it over.
WHERE DO I PICK UP MY ORDER?
If you have chosen local pickup as your method at checkout, you can pick up your order at our store located at 117 Fort Street, Wpg, MB. Please wait to receive an email confirming your order is ready for pickup.
WHICH SHIPPING CARRIERS DO YOU USE?
We’ve negotiated rates with major carriers for fast, reliable service including: Canada Post, UPS, Fedex and Canpar. Typical shipping times are between 1-5 business days in Canada and 5-7 business days in USA. Actual delivery times depend on origin, destination, weather conditions and other factors.
For international orders outside of Canada, shipping costs are calculated by weight and volume. We do not charge any additionally fees or overhead for packaging. You may be charged applicable duties, fees and taxes by the shipping carrier that are outside the control of District Noir.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! Our products have travelled to more parts of the world than we have!
CAN I INSURE MY PACKAGES SHIPPED FROM DISTRICT NOIR?
YES! At checkout, route protection will be automatically added to your cart. We strongly suggest keeping the insurance for your shipped orders especially because we are shipping breakable items like glass or crystals.
WHAT IS ROUTE PROTECTION?
Adding Route Package Protection to your order at checkout means that your order is protected against theft, courier loss, and damage. In the unfortunate instance that you experience one of these inconveniences, you can report an issue with Route and they will work with you to make sure you get the resolution you prefer.

*If you receive a pop-up saying you have to wait a certain amount of days before making your claim even though you have already received your order. Click the text underneath the message that says "I have additional information". This will take you to the page that allows you to move forward with your claim.

Any business with a business number can apply for our wholesale accounts. Please refer to our wholesale application and fill out the form. Once Approved, you will be sent a discount code to use at checkout.
